What data we process
We process the data you provide in the contact and quote forms (name, phone, email, your message and, if you attach them, the photos or plans of your renovation). If you accept cookies, we also process browsing and advertising-campaign data.
Purposes
We use your data to respond to your request, prepare quotes and provide our renovation services. With your consent, we also measure the site's audience and show relevant advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Analytics and advertising rely solely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Data processed for marketing purposes is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers that serve us (email and hosting) and, if you have given your consent, with Google for analytics and advertising and with Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) for analytics.
International transfers
