What these prices include
Prices are indicative and do not constitute a contractual offer. They include labour and basic materials only where expressly stated. They do not include VAT, permits, municipal fees, technical design, special skips or structural work. After the visit, we provide a detailed quote for your approval.

- For jobs priced per m², a minimum order may apply: just ask.
- The applicable VAT is determined by the nature of the works; prices are shown excluding VAT.
- Parking, difficult access, restricted hours and special skips are assessed after the visit.

Yes: offices, shops, restaurants, beauty centres and other spaces.
Do you handle licences?
It can be assessed when the project requires it; it isn't included in the indicative prices.
