How much does a full renovation cost in Barcelona?
The published reference is €590/m² at basic level, €720/m² at standard and €890/m² at premium, depending on floor area, condition and materials. The exact figure is closed in writing after the visit.
How long does a full renovation take?
An average flat (70–90 m²) usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on scope and permits. In the published projects, the Eixample flat (75 m²) took 10 weeks and the Sant Cugat duplex (95 m²) took 12. The schedule is in writing with the quote.
Do I need a works permit?
If the work does not touch structure or façade, the usual step is a minor-works notice. We help with that paperwork; licence management is not included in the indicative prices.
Can I live in the home during the works?
For a full renovation it is best not to live in the home. We look at that at the visit, before the schedule is fixed.
Do you offer a guarantee, and where do you work?
Yes. The work is guaranteed and the materials carry their manufacturer's warranty. We work in Barcelona and surroundings, up to about 50 km depending on the project, with a speciality in bathrooms and kitchens.
