How long does a full renovation take?
An average flat (70–90 m²) usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on scope and permits. We give you a written schedule with the quote.
Do I need a works permit?
Renovations that don't touch structure or façade usually require a minor-works notice. We help you with the necessary paperwork.
Can I live in the home during the works?
For partial renovations sometimes yes; for full ones it's best not to. We assess it at the visit.
Do you offer a guarantee?
